- Improved archiving stores older meals records off-line while maintaining access to client information. (Annual archiving reduces file size and improves performance.)
- Viewing "modes" let you exclude terminated clients and/or limit your view to one type of service (i.e. meals or congregate or transportation).
- Clients can now be terminated separately by type of service.
- User access privileges help enforce HIPAA compliant office procedures.
- Ability to designate your own names for the three major meal types.
- "USDA" is changed to "NSIP" and can now be assigned by service.
- Volunteers can be scheduled for availability and multiple job assignments.
- New volunteer reimbursement tracking and reporting is available.
- Congregate dining has been extensively redesigned and expanded to include client schedules, group scheduling, extra meals, and multiple event types.
- The Transportation module is now available to schedule and track reservations, trips, staffing, and vehicles for Demand Transportation
